Overtime Status 3/2

Team, We will be working mandatory (8 hour) OT this Saturday 3/5. Members are allowed to volunteer to work 10s or 12s. We will continue mandatory 10s next week. A few key notes on OT: We are currently 630 hours behind, after working Mandatory 10s Mandatory 10s gives us ~ 560 additional hours per week (before call-ins) Mandatory 8-Hour Saturday gives us ~ 430 hours We are currently on OT due to The limited OT worked in January Steady customer demand Member absences (averaging a loss of 200 hours per week) Under-staffed production team We are actively hiring to bring the production team to the required level We have brought in temps to fill the void until we are back to full production levels We are doing everything we can to limit the amount of OT we are working, with the target to get back to a status of only working volunteer OT.  Muth Water Challenge: Members still have time to enter results - last day to record water is 3/2 As of today, water leaders: 4,958: Lucas Zimmermann 4,924: Ron Zimmermann 3,761: Xay Hang 3,660: Jean Van Ess 2,881: Jerry Lee Ounces of water aside, it was awesome to have so many members get signed on to Muth Wellness, start their profile, and sign up for the Quarter 1 Challenge. All participants of the challenge were entered into a raffle where 3 members have won a spin of the prize wheel during the March Anniversary Day Celebration.
