PRODUCTION UPDATES

• Skyblast I production has resumed with 220-0854 LH
• COVID impact is currently HIGH. Remember:
• Do not come to work if you are experiencing symptoms
• Schedule a test if you have symptoms or come in contact with someone who has symptoms or is a positive case
• Wash your hands often and socially distance when able
• A positive COVID test will wipe out the production team:
• Direct contact with a confirmed positive case on the production floor requires all (unvaccinated) members that were in contact (working on same line for over 15 minutes) to quarantine and be tested
• Time out of work can range from 3 - 10 days for members that have come in contact with the positive case
• Direct contact can expand into additional positive cases, causing additional direct contacts and additional quarantine situations
• Currently, overtime requirements are very high due to:
• Increases in customer demand
• Shortened holiday schedule
• Increase in member PTO
• COVID impact  

QUALITY 

• Reflector separation was found at the customer Honda Lock (NA) on the TLA and T20 programs (220-0760 & 220-0801)
• Muth visited the Honda Lock facility to review the issue
• Quality Alert and Corrective Actions are underway at Muth
