Production Updates:

  • Mandatory Overtime continues due to the high accrual of hours during January and the limited voluntary initiative
  • The goal is to continue mandatory weekday overtime in order to return to voluntary-only by the end of the month
  • Saturday overtime requirements will continue to be determined by Wednesday of each week

[1891]  Debris inside the parts Four Ishizaki parts:  200-1072-RB/LB and 200-1074-RB/LB

Here are some of the photos of Nonconforming Parts found during last week’s sort in Japan by the 3rd Party Sorting Company:









 




We have requested all Nonconforming parts found to be returned to us.  Random sampling of finished inventory, ready to be shipped to Ishizaki took place last week.  All boxes sampled, looked good.

[1195] ISHIZAKI complaint - Intermittent light up – we suspect this is from our test harness process (trimming the nibs)  (Working on 8D response)

 

Honda Lock [1949]  Gasket separation – 3rd party sorting company at the Honda Lock plant in Georgia (Working on 8D response)  Plans are being made to have 40 skids of parts returned to Sheboygan for sorting.

 

Ficosa Mexico

[1796] Mixed parts found in the box when it arrived at their plant (8D response required)

Corrective Action Team meeting scheduled for this week to discuss next steps to solve this corrective action.
