Production:
  • Mandatory 10 hour OT continues
    • The schedule is improving, the hours are making a positive impact
Previous notes regarding OT:
  • Mandatory 10s gives us ~ 560 additional hours per week (before call-ins)
  • Mandatory 8-Hour Saturday gives us ~ 430 hours
  • We are currently on OT due to:

    • The limited OT worked in January
    • Steady customer demand
    • Member absences (averaging a loss of 200 hours per week)
    • Under-staffed production team
  • We are actively hiring to bring the production team to the required level
    • We have brought in temps to fill the void until we are back to full production levels

We are doing everything we can to limit the amount of OT we are working, with the target to get back to a status of only working volunteer OT.

As an added incentive for the month of March, Production Members and Support that complete their required OT for the week will receive an additional $25 (each week) on their paycheck. If we enter a voluntary OT status, members would be required to volunteer for a minimum 3 days to qualify for the incentive.
