IMPORTANT FROM HUMAN RESOURCES:

The employer portion of the H S A funding has been incorrect for the first 5 payrolls of 2022. This would only affect members in the high deductible health plans (plan A and C). Proliant has been instructing us to overfund the employer portion. To correct this error, there will be no employer funding for the next 4 pay periods. Employer funding will resume with the paycheck dated May 13th, 2022.
This has no effect on your personal contribution – those
withholdings are correct and will continue.
