Environmental Policy

 Muth Mirror Systems is committed to ensuring that future generations will have, clean air, water, access to renewable energy and a stable climate. As good stewards of our environment we will work within our local, national, and global communities to reduce our carbon footprint to net zero.

Our contribution to this endeavor is to:

  • Fully understand the aspects of our organization that may have negative impacts on the environment
  • Take measures to reduce them,
  • Maintain an effective Environmental Management System (EMS)
  • Understand and meet our compliance obligations

We will achieve this by setting aggressive, but realistic goals and continually monitoring and improving to ensure these goals are met.

  • Muth is currently hiring for 3rd Shift Production Techs. Remember, successful referrals will earn you a $100 Visa Card!  
  • Muth Europe Team will be here Aug 1st (David, Siegfried, and Eva)

  1. Earn $100 for reaching 220 points by 11/30/2022.
    • Complete a variety of activities to hit the goal.
  2. Receive $25 single/$50 single + 1/$75 family monthly discount applied to the 2022 health benefit premiums by:
    1. Utilizing the Muth Wellness Program
    2. Participating in the 1st Group Challenge - H2 Whoa 
      1. (Alternative Challenge available - See Lou)
    3. Completing 1 (out of 3) Personal Challenges. 
      • The discounts will be lost in 2023 if the individual does not complete these activities. 
  3. Avoid the $100 surcharge applied in 2023 by participating in the Annual Biometric Screening
