 There have been a few questions regarding point totals in Muth Wellness and how activities affect your insurance premiums.

  1. Earn 220 points by 11/30/2022 and you will receive $100, added to your payroll
    1. You can find your points total by logging into your Muth Wellness account
    2. I am able to pull a report that shows member point totals, so all you have to do is earn those points and I will make sure you get your $100.
  2. If you have health benefits through Muth you already received discounts on your monthly premium this year ($25 Single -- $50 Single +1 -- $75 Family). In order to continue these benefits you need to complete the following by 11/30/2022
    1. Utilize Muth Wellness – log in, set up your profile
    2. Complete (don’t just join – complete) a group challenge – Q4 challenge begins 10/17 (registration opens 10/3)
    3. Complete 1 Personal Challenge in Muth Wellness Challenges section
  3. As prior years, avoid a $100 surcharge (added to monthly insurance premiums) by completing the Annual Biometric Screening.

This information has been announced and published in emails, the blog, and on muth wellness several times throughout the year, but now we are nearing the deadline to earn those points and complete the encouraged activities to earn your incentives. 


Registration is now open for 2022 Muth Mirror Mistle-toned Challenge

Don't let seasonal schedules get you down! It is possible to exercise and eat right- and still have plenty of fun- over the holidays. Join this four-week challenge and learn to maintain your workout routine and indulge within reason this season.

Duration: 4 weeks

How to Participate: Track your daily activity minutes and complete a daily nutrition task. For tips on achieving your to-dos, review the challenge guide.

How to complete the challenge: Earn a minimum of 40 points of the 56 possible to complete the challenge. To earn a point, you must track at least 1 minute of activity for the day, or complete a daily task (maximum of 2 points/day available). 

Note: If you have a device or app synced to the platform, it will automatically record your minutes.
