Like previous years, Muth will cover the 2024 benefit elections with an online presentation.
EXCITING NEWS… medical, dental and vision remain the same for 2024 with no increase to employee premiums! No other major changes in health plans offered or structure.
An email link will be sent to all team members today, Nov 8th. Please watch in privacy, at home or on the Muth computer kiosks. Along with the presentation, there will be attachments including the 2024 Benefit Guide and Instructions on how to enroll through Proliant using your employee payroll login. If you have not already logged into Proliant, take time now to set up and create your own unique login and password.
Open enrollment elections deadline is Friday, November 17th, 2023!!!
Members will automatically be enrolled with same elections as 2023, if no action is taken. If you participate or contribute to an FSA or HSA, you will need to login and make a 2024 annual contribution amount or it will zero out for 2024.
