  Company News: IMPORTANT COVID UPDATE Team, Based on new OSHA (ETS) requirements for unvaccinated employees and in order to allow adequate time to reach full vaccination by January 4, 2021, we are sharing our updated policies.  This policy is subject to change based on any changes to OSHA requirements and we will provide a more comprehensive OSHA (ETS) policy prior to the implementation date.  Beginning January 4, 2022, Muth will be following the process below: Any employee who is unvaccinated for any reason—including for medical or religious reasons—must undergo weekly testing as long as the ETS is in effect or until they become fully vaccinated.  The ETS does not require employers to pay for testing. Muth will provide onsite testing for unvaccinated employees for the cost of $25 per test subject to rapid tests being accepted by OSHA guidelines. Non-vaccinated Employees will pay for every test via payroll deduction or cash....
